Description: Design and Implement: The employee performance management system focusing on the well-being and retention plan Structure the capacity building programme to encompass the goal of effective training and development Manage and maintain: The recruitment and staff inductions Monitor and schedule individual pay actions, pay structure reviews and pay plans Create and educate employees on benefit programmes Record and update: Design a filing and retrieval system for past and current human resource records. Prepare, update, and recommend human resource policies and procedures.
Min Qualification: MBA in HR or equivalent
